These terms govern your use of this website. They are deliberately short, because the things that actually matter in working with us — scope, price, timing, who owns what — belong in a signed contract rather than on a web page.

## What these terms govern

They cover your use of gridsearch.ai and the pages, forms and booking links on it. By using the site you accept them.

They do not govern the work we do for clients. Every engagement runs under its own written contract, which sets the scope, the deliverables, the fees, the timetable, the confidentiality terms and the ownership of what we produce. Where that contract and this page disagree, the contract wins.

## The site is information, not advice

The pages describing our services explain how we work and what we typically deliver. They are written as accurately as we can manage, but they describe a general approach, not a recommendation for your situation.

Nothing here is professional advice, and reading it creates no advisory relationship between us. Decisions about your own systems should not be taken on the basis of a web page — ours or anyone else’s. Service descriptions are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site obliges us to take on work or you to commission it.

## Enquiries and proposals

Sending us an enquiry costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We aim to reply within one business day.

We may decline work, and sometimes we do — because it falls outside what we do, because another supplier is better suited, or because we think the thing you are asking for is not the thing you need. If so we say so, with the reason. We are not obliged to give a reason for declining.

A proposal we send becomes binding only when both parties sign a contract. Until then either side can walk away without cost.

## Our independence

We do not resell the software, hardware, hosting or licences that we assess, recommend or audit, and we take no commission from suppliers for recommending them.

This is a statement of how we operate, and we will confirm it in writing in any engagement where it matters — which, for an audit of a funded project, it always does. If a conflict of interest arises on a specific engagement, we disclose it before accepting the work.

## Content and intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams, animations and code of this site belong to us, except where they belong to someone we license them from.

You may read the site, print pages for your own use and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts of it, present it as your own, or use it to train a model or build a competing service offering.

The GRIDSEARCH name and logo are ours. The GRIDHUB name and logo belong to GRIDHUB s.r.o.

## Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to the systems behind it; do not probe, scan or test its security without our written permission; do not submit false or misleading information through the forms; do not use the forms or contact details to send unsolicited commercial messages; and do not place a load on the site that interferes with other visitors.

We may restrict access where any of the above happens, and we will report unlawful activity where the law requires it.

## Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, it is because we think the page is worth reading. We do not control it, we are not responsible for its content, and a link is not an endorsement of the organisation behind it.

## Availability

We intend the site to be available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including taking it down for maintenance, without notice.

We also do not promise the content is complete or current at any given moment. Where a page carries a date, treat that date as the limit of its accuracy.

## Liability

We are liable for loss caused by our own fault, to the extent Romanian law makes us so. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site, for loss of profit, revenue, data or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Liability arising from work we perform under contract is governed by that contract, not by this page.

## Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes arising from them or from use of this site fall to the competent courts of Alba County, Romania.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country’s law.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the top of the page tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
