## What we do

GRIDSEARCH is an IT company. We deliver the technical work an organisation depends on but has no reason to maintain in-house permanently: system integration and process automation, CRM and ERP, cloud migration and infrastructure, software and web development, and independent technical audits.

Engagements typically begin with one of two situations. A process is being handled manually that a system should be handling, or an environment has grown past what it was originally designed for. We establish which applies, define the work required to resolve it, and deliver against a written scope.

## How we work

### Assessment

We review what is in place — systems, contracts, licences, and which steps are currently performed manually.

### Scope

You receive the scope of work in writing, with deliverables and a delivery date. Anything outside it is agreed separately.

### Delivery

Implementation, migration or development, with progress reported at agreed checkpoints.

### Handover

Documentation, credentials and a working session with the people who will own the system.

### A documented environment

What runs where, what it connects to, what it depends on and who holds access — recorded in a form your own team or a third party can read.

### Systems your team can operate

Credentials, runbooks and a working session at handover. Continuity does not depend on us remaining engaged.

### A defined scope of work

Agreed in writing before delivery begins, with changes recorded rather than assumed.
